That would be a AC unit that kicks out 12000 BTU's. It is for the living room and kitchen area. Woohoo! It isn't "see your breath" type of temp, but when it is almost 100 out and only 75 in, with dryer air, you can really tell the difference! What a relief during these past few days when it has been in the 90's and very humid.
