Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies

This recipe was brought to my attention by my friend Amy, from The View From Hidden Valley. She posted it on Facebook, and Esther, my resident baker, baked them yesterday afternoon.

They are GONE. Just like that.

They were delicious (I managed to score a small one before they completely disappeared) and moist and soft and fragrant.

You can find the recipe at TastyKitchen.com. The page even has printing options.

No excuses! These are easy to make, delicious cookies that NEED to be made and tested in your family.

(Oh, I substituted raisins for the dried cranberries, and it was still delish.)

(Benjamin swiping the last cookie. )
